Valentine’s Day at Le Clarence

Christophe Pelé and his team are proposing a unique dinner for couples seeking an unforgettable moment on Tuesday, February 14th.

In a stately and intimate setting that perfectly embodies the Art de vivre à la Française, an experience at Le Clarence is one of excellence. This Valentine’s Day, epicureans will begin their culinary journey with scallops and lobster from Finistère, Brittany. They will then continue with a BBQ-style venison, dressed with a creamy pepper sauce.

Aurora Storari, pastry chef, will then prepare five desserts of her creation, featuring the star ingredients of patisserie: chocolate, caramel, citrus fruits, and hazelnuts. Everything you need to treat yourself and treat your date to a romantic evening!
