An ephemeral summer escape in the heart of Le Clarence’s lush inner courtyard: a confidential haven, sheltered from the bustle of Paris, conceived as a true timeless retreat.
Open Tuesday through Saturday, from 3pm to 7:30pm, from June 2nd until early August.
Chef Andrea Capasso and his team present a menu of savory and sweet sharing bites, paired with wines by the glass or by the bottle, as well as a selection of champagnes, wine-style teas, and hot beverages. Bites from Le Jardin may be enjoyed à la carte or through three set menus pairing sweet and savory creations, imagined in the spirit of a traditional tea time.
Mediterranean-inspired, the menu celebrates freshness and varied textures: tomato gazpacho with bluefin tuna, raw oysters, courgette flower tempura, olive oil focaccia with Sicilian bottarga, Noir de Bigorre ham, and arancini with mozzarella di bufala. The sweet treats extend the experience with generosity and indulgence, bringing together a cocoa waffle, an ice cream sundae, pavlova with dark berries and miso, and exclusive creations such as the “Raspberry Jasmine Cake”.
The drinks selection places the wines of Domaine Clarence Dillon — the restaurant’s parent company — at centre stage, served by the glass and by the bottle. Alongside them, a curated selection of cuvées showcases the richness and diversity of France’s terroirs, complemented by a dedicated champagne list. The wine selection evolves every fortnight. For guests seeking alcohol-free alternatives, an elegant offering of teas served “in the manner of wine”, coffees, teas and infusions completes the experience with refinement.
