As Commis de Salle, your main responsibilities include ensuring the proper setup of the dining room, assisting the Chef de Rang (Head Waiter) in their duties, and ensuring the optimal satisfaction of the customers. Your primary activities consist of:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the service by sending dishes from the Kitchen to the Dining Room and from the Dining Room to the Dishwashing area,

• Ensuring the setup of the service and table setting,
• Performing table service while coordinating between the Kitchen and the Dining Room,
• Ensuring smooth coordination during service among all parties involved (Sommelier, Kitchen, Manager) to ensure a seamless interaction with the guests,
